Through guided breathwork, meditation, and the soothing tones of sound bowls, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and settle into a deeper sense of presence. These moments are here to quiet the mind, ease the body, and create space for what is ready to rise within you. Let each experience support you in feeling more grounded, more open, and more connected to the quiet wisdom that lives inside you.
Quiet Moments & Gentle Movement
Throughout the day, you’ll be invited into gentle, grounding movement and quiet moments—offered in a way that feels natural, not scheduled. These soft invitations create space for you to pause, breathe, and take in the beauty around you. You may choose to move your body in a way that awakens and loosens what feels tight, or simply sit in stillness and let the learning settle. There is no right way here. Just space to listen, to soften, and to feel yourself come back to life—one quiet moment at a time.
Breakout Sessions
Dive deeper into self-exploration with our 60-minute breakout sessions. Available Thursday through Saturday, these sessions offer immersive experiences in various practices to enrich your personal growth journey.
Silent Walk
Engage in contemplative silence with our guided silent walks. A chance to connect with nature, reflect inwardly, and find peace in the quietude of your surroundings.
Evening Sessions
Experience the power of wisdom circles, breath work and healing sessions, led by our dedicated facilitators. These sessions are a profound opportunity to release, heal, and journey inward.
Catered Dinner and Dance Party
Come home to the part of you that feels light and free. This evening invites you to gently reconnect with your inner child—through movement, laughter, and meaningful connection. With a nourishing catered dinner and space to dance, you are welcome to soften, open, and simply be. Let yourself move without pressure, connect without effort, and rediscover the quiet joy of being fully you.
Closing Ceremony
Close the retreat with a guided group session led by a skilled facilitator. This is your moment to pause, breathe, and notice what you are ready to release. Through journaling and a gentle letting-go practice, you’ll set down what feels heavy—old thoughts, pressure, and anything that no longer fits. As you prepare to return to your everyday life, you won’t carry the same weight with you. You leave lighter, clearer, and more grounded. More connected to who you truly are—and ready to move forward in a way that feels calm, steady, and right for you.
Additional Experiences
Enhance your retreat experience with soul-nourishing offerings such as Reiki energy sessions, intuitive card readings, and other restorative experiences to be revealed throughout your stay. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with specially selected vendors offering tools, products, and resources to support your journey into higher conscious awareness.

Gentle Whispers Retreat was born from our shared experience of living within the familiar walls of the comfort zone—where fear often keeps us playing small and the unknown feels too risky to explore. Many of us have longed for something more, yet let the voice of doubt convince us to stay where it feels safe. Eventually, we come to a point of deep restlessness, realizing that the only way forward is to get out of our own way and step beyond the edges of comfort—into the space where true growth begins.
