Gentle Whispers Retreat is for anyone who needs a pause. It’s for those carrying too much, craving clarity, or simply needing space to breathe. Here, you’ll get practical guidance, time to rest, and the chance to reset in a supportive, beautiful setting. Each day is designed to help you step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and return home with a clearer mind and a lighter spirit.
Arrival & Grounding
- Arrival, check-in, and warm meet & greet with your fellow retreat sisters.
- Orientation circle to set intentions and connect with the retreat flow.
- Settle into your journey with an evening Sound Bath, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra session guided by Bridgette Shaw-Bane and Joanne Neweduk, helping your body and mind arrive fully in this sacred space.
Exploration & Expansion
- Morning yoga to open the body gently.
- Breakout session with Susie, diving into practices for mindfulness, clarity, and self-discovery.
- Free time for rest, journaling, silent hikes, or optional 1:1 coaching.
- Financial Wellness session with Carrie Gataiant, exploring your money story with gentleness and clarity.
- Additional breakout session with Susie to deepen your insights and practices.
- Free time for reflection or optional well-being sessions.
- Evening breathwork, meditation, and sound bath session to integrate the day's learnings and calm your nervous system.
Deepening & Joyful Release
- Gentle morning yoga for breath and movement.
- Breakout session with Susie, exploring inner work and transformation.
- Free time for nature walks, reflection, or optional well-being sessions.

- Inner Child Dinner with a cozy BBQ, playful activities, and s'mores to nourish joy.
- Evening Dance Therapy with Germaine "Mainey" Cookson—a soulful, joyful movement experience to release stress and reconnect with your vitality.
Reflection & Integration
- Final morning yoga session to honor your body and breath.
- Closing comments and Q&A before your final moments of reflection and journaling guided by our Shaman, followed by a Burning Ceremony to release what no longer serves you and step into your intentions for your return home.
